We’re hiring: B2B Social Media & Marketing Executive / Manager (Aligarh)Softential Solutions is looking for someone to build and run the online presence of our company and our VP across Softential Solutions and the other ventures our company is involved in.This is not a “post and schedule” role. You’ll own the strategy, the voice and the results.What you’ll do

• Manage Softential's LinkedIn company page
• Manage the VP’s LinkedIn profile
• Run our YouTube channel and Google Business Profile
• Handle social profiles for the VP’s other businesses and initiatives
• Plan content calendars, write posts and coordinate creatives
• Use AI tools and Canva to produce quality content efficiently
• Track performance and report on what’s working and what isn’t

What we’re looking for

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B social media or digital marketing
• Solid understanding of social media optimization and marketing strategy
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Hands-on experience with Canva, editing tools and AI content tools
• Someone who can work from our Aligarh office
