Softential Solutions has resumed its Train The Brains Program at our Aligarh location.

During this program we offer free three-month exhaustive, industry oriented training to selected freshers, during which they would get an opportunity to work on real-time projects and learn industry best practices.

The internship is now open in the following fields;

1. Software Engineering
2. Web Development
3. Sales and Business Development
4. HR and Admin

During this program, you would be trained not only on the prevailing tools and technologies of your selected field but on the industry best practices as well. While working on realtime projects, you also learn to effectively apply your academic learning to solve the real world problems.

You would also be trained on the aspects of professional communication, documentation and many other corporate skills.

Since it's a continuous program, you can apply anytime for the upcoming training batch.

Please note that;

1. There are no charges (or fee) for this training program
2. You won't be paid any stipend during the training program
3. This is a 3-months full time training program
4. This is NOT AN ONLINE INTERNSHIP
5. This is not an employment program
6. Only the candidates selected through our selection process (tests and interviews) would be elligible for the training
